ElderCare Services

HMV provides ElderCare Services to assure clients that the financial, medical, and residential needs of their parents and other elderly relatives are met. The demand for such services is growing, with projections indicating that the elderly population will more than double in the next 50 years. Our ElderCare staff maintains the nontraditional skills of understanding the common physical and mental effects of aging. Services offered through HMV’s ElderCare program include the following:

• Bill paying, budgeting, and record keeping
• Processing federal and state payroll tax reports
• Closely working with CPA to compute other federal and state taxes
• Ensuring insurance payments and property taxes submitted on time
• Managing medical claims, specifically following-up on explanation of benefits (EOB) documents
• Coordinating and monitoring sitters
