Employee Benefits Administration & Consultation


Through our Employee Benefits Administration and Consulting division, HMV consults with employers on any issues related to their benefit programs, including every phase of plan operation - from initial design through plan termination for qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and cafeteria plans.

As a third-party administrator, HMV provides the following services:

  • Plan design and documents
  • Compliance monitoring and testing
  • Preparation of annual governmental returns
  • Assistance in tax reporting, distribution, and loan processing

As a record-keeper, HMV provides the following services:

  • Participant statements
  • Employer reports
  • Account reconciliation
  • Allocation of contributions and earnings

Employee Benefits and Consultation staff members include Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, certified by the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and include a Pension Analyst, certified by the American Society of Pension Actuaries.
