Through our Employee Benefits Administration
and Consulting division, HMV consults with employers on any issues
related to their benefit programs, including every phase of plan operation - from
initial design through plan termination for qualified and nonqualified
retirement plans and cafeteria plans.
As a third-party administrator, HMV provides
the following services:
- Plan design and documents
- Compliance monitoring and testing
- Preparation of annual governmental
returns
- Assistance in tax reporting, distribution,
and loan processing
As a record-keeper, HMV provides the following
services:
- Participant statements
- Employer reports
- Account reconciliation
- Allocation of contributions and earnings
Employee Benefits and Consultation staff
members include Certified Employee Benefits Specialists, certified
by the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists
and include a Pension Analyst, certified by the American Society of
Pension Actuaries.
