Some organizations have payroll personnel in their firms that are busy three, maybe four, days a week. They don’t have that much to do the rest of the time. Automated, third party, payroll services are a very inexpensive way to service the payroll function. You can eliminate the people in your firm who are doing the unnecessary payroll chores.
These payroll companies will be able to handle your payrolls regardless of whether your employees are paid a salary, on an hourly basis, by commission or whatever. It is worth the time to meet with several payroll providers to determine the cost savings that may be available to you.
