100 WAYS: #14 Sublet Unuse Office Space
– April 21, 2010
At least annually, you should review your office space in relation to your current and future needs. If you determine that there is excess capacity, consider leasing some of this unused space.
It might also be possible to let community organizations or other small businesses rent your conference room and facilities in off-hour sessions or when not in use.Depending on your location, parking spaces might be in high demand. Consider leasing any unused spaces as well.
With a little time and effort, you can potentially bring in a solid revenue stream with no extra expense.
