Bailey joined the firm as Audit staff in our Shreveport office in 2020. He interned in the audit and tax departments at HMV in the Summer of 2019. In 2022, he moved home to Longview, Texas where he joined Curtis Blakely & Co. as Audit Staff. Since then, HMV has merged with the Texas-based firm, and Bailey has rejoined the firm! As an Audit In-Charge his responsibilities include performing audits of telecommunications companies, closely held businesses, financial institutions, government entities and not for profits. Prior to his internship with HMV, his experience included interning as an internal control analyst/risk analyst for Enterprise Products as well as in the accounting department for Perry D. Reed & Co., CPAs.

Bailey graduated from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana with his B.S. in Accounting as well as a Master of Accountancy. He is a licensed CPA in Texas and Louisiana, and an active member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). Outside of the office, Bailey enjoys volunteering at Mobberly Baptist Church and playing in softball and pickleball leagues.
