In 2024, Conner joined the firm as full-time Analyst for Business Valuation Consultants in the Shreveport office location. Previously, he interned in the Tax department at HMV during the Spring of 2021. As an analyst, Conner’s responsibilities include performing in-depth client, industry, market, and competitor analysis, performing financial and valuation analysis on a wide range of private entities, and preparing valuation reports for respective clients for matters involving mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, taxation planning, strategic planning, financial reporting, and litigation.

Conner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge followed by a Master of Science in Geology from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and finally,  a Masters of Accountancy from Louisiana Tech University. In addition to his HMV internship, he gained valuable industry experience through interning with Maven Royalty Partners and employment at KPMG US.
