Amy, now a Senior Manager, joined the Retirement Plan Services department as a Manager in 2018 at the Shreveport location. She has over twenty years of experience working for Third Party Administrator (TPA) firms running the Defined Contribution department as Vice President of one firm to concentrating in compliance calculations and testing as well as review administration for the Plans HMV services. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) through which she earned her Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations as well as the National Institute of Pension Administrator (NIPA) through which she earned her Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation. She is also serving on the Communities In Schools program for HMV.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Mathematics from Harding University in Arkansas. While a student, she spent six weeks in Romania spreading the gospel and continues to appreciate the impact of her experience there still today. Amy is married and the mother of two daughters with whom she enjoys sharing in their own life adventures.
