In 2019, Hendrik joined the Retirement Plan Services department as a plan administrator at the Shreveport location. His responsibilities include providing year-end compliance and discrimination testing in compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) for all types of retirement plans. Additionally, Hendrik calculates and analyzes plan contributions, loans, and distributions. Prior to joining the firm, he completed a financial services internship with Foresters Financial in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Hendrik earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. In the community, Hendrik is the Junior Varsity soccer coach at Caddo Magnet High School for the men.
