Matt Cosby joined HMV as Business Development Account Manager in the Retirement Plan Services department. He has over 25 years of employee benefit and retirement plan experience prior to joining the firm. Matt works with plan sponsors and advisors to help them find the best retirement plan solution for their needs. To achieve this, he runs illustrations for business owners and advisors showing them the most effective and efficient way to fund benefits in a retirement plan. Matt’s responsibilities include offering a cost analysis for plan sponsors and advisors that need help comparing options for pricing and features, coordinating with tax professionals to make sure plan objectives are met with respect to their retirement plan, and guiding plan sponsors and offering professional consulting for plan design and implementation.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Professional Sales from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. Outside of the firm, he serves as an elder at the Huntington Park Church of Christ in Shreveport.
