Rebecca joined the partnership at HMV when the firm merged with a Texas-based firm formerly known as Curtis Blakely & Co. in 2023. She works out of the Longview, Texas location. Rebecca provides tax and consulting services to a variety of individuals, corporations, partnerships, cooperatives, and not-for profit organizations. Her industry concentrations include telecommunications, utilities, and not-for-profits. She specializes in cooperative tax as well as state and local tax compliance, planning, and consulting. She has audit experience and regularly assists the audit department with tax provisions and disclosures. Rebecca is also a frequent speaker for various industry associations.

Rebecca is a summa cum laude graduate of LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She joined Curtis Blakely & Co. in 2014 and became a Shareholder in 2022.
