In 2019, Tessa joined the Shreveport location of HMV as internal support staff in the Retirement Plan Services department, and in 2021, she transitioned into the Coordinator role for the department. Now, her responsibilities include assisting clients with services for all types of retirement plans such as contributions, loans, and distributions as well as other annual required disclosures.

Tessa attended University of Louisiana in Monroe where she studied marketing. She worked as Office Manager at Cadenza Violins for seven years before joining the firm.
