In 2020, Emily joined the firm as Audit Staff in our Shreveport location. She has since been with the firm and currently serves as an Audit Senior. Her responsibilities as Senior include performing audits of closely held businesses, financial institutions, governmental entities, and not-for-profit organizations, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation, as well as drafting the annual audit reports. Prior to HMV, she has two years of experience as an Accounting Associate working for Crossmark Management Group in Ruston, Louisiana.

Emily graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and in 2020 with a Master’s of Business Administration. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants (LCPA).
