Bio

Danielle joined HMV in January, 2018 following 13 years of Human Resources experience in the banking industry, with a focus on payroll and compliance. Since joining HMV, she expanded her focus to plan, develop and execute all aspects of the comprehensive Human Resources strategy in support of the overall mission and strategic direction of HMV, specifically in the areas of compliance, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and compensation. Danielle also oversees HMV’s talent management and employee development initiatives and strategies. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from  Louisiana Tech, is recognized as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
