Bio
Kelsi joined the tax staff of HMV’s Monroe, LA office in September 2013 immediately following an internship. Her experience includes preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. She was admitted to the partnership in 2025.
A native of Monroe, LA, Kelsi received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, where she graduated summa cum laude. During her time at ULM, Kelsi was a member of two honors organizations, Beta Alpha Psi and Beta Gamma Sigma. She is a graduate of the Leadership Ouachita Program and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Society of Louisiana of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). Kelsi was a 2024 Top 20 under 40 honoree by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
Kelsi is a board member of the Children’s Museum of Northeast Louisiana and stays active in the community by volunteering her time with numerous charitable organizations.
