Ken is currently the IT Director for HMV, leading a department of five employees and assisting more than one hundred and eighty (180) employees from three (3) office locations in Shreveport and Monroe, Louisiana and Longview, Texas.

As a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Management Information System, Ken pursued a career in the field as the IT Director for the Ouachita Parish School System for 13 years. He has spent the last 10 years focusing much of his efforts in preparing policies and procedures, educational programs, and systems upgrades to address the ever-present issue of Cybersecurity. Since joining HMV, Ken has spent significant time aligning our firm with NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0 and NIST Risk Management Framework. In addition, Ken has earned the IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional certificate and now obtains the technical skills to resolve real-world cybersecurity problems.
