Ronni Broadway, MBA

Ronni joined Heard, McElroy & Vestal in February 2025, bringing valuable experience from her role as an Education & Training Manager in the fintech industry. With a foundation in financial analysis and commercial lending, she delivers impactful training that enhances both technical and soft skills. Ronni has also been recognized for exemplifying faith, integrity, respect, service, and trust.

As a member of the firm’s administration team, Ronni leads recruiting and retention efforts, ensuring that Heard, McElroy & Vestal attracts and nurtures top talent in the industry. Her commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture and developing employee potential is evident in her approach to talent acquisition and development.

Ronni holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She also possesses a Project Management Certification from Google, further enhancing her ability to manage and execute talent development initiatives effectively. Committed to professional development, she has attended numerous conferences and taken several course offerings on talent development and organizational learning.

Ronni is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and regularly volunteers with a local rescue, reflecting her passion for community engagement and professional growth.
